Lady in Red / Lady in Blue

a secret wish,

a child's enduring hope for all things good,

beauty,

a season of love,

a moment of rest,

this week we have given and shared and filled our hearts with joy,
may 2012 be as hopeful, as promising, and
filled with abundance in every sense of the word,

for us all ..

welcome 2012!

lady in red / lady in blue ..

an old and ancient archetype,
a new sketch,
borrowed crayons,
red then blue interpretation..

artist; creation's bride

welcome 2012!

Haiku My Heart

Mary's loveliness

shining, giving, truthful, good

child-like innocence

I've already posted this Christmas shrine / card Grade 6 was making for their teacher this year.. each sketch has its own interpretation,
its own glory..

I just had to spotlight one of the many beautiful sketches,
as it has an ethereal softness all its own..
the wonderful artist is 12.

A Virgin a Day: Day 12

Our Lady of Perpetual Help written by C Moore age 11

and so we come full circle.. this icon is similar to but different from my Lupita Icon posted on Day 5. this is Our Lady of Perpetual Help and is
my daughters rendition in paint and pencil crayon.

On occasion we recognize, in the encounters of our life,
a kindred soul and we are blessed.

I have been blessed

Thank you.
